Ben is a former Marine Infantry Officer and a graduate of Texas A&M (1990), the University of South Carolina (1998) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (2005). He served in Somalia in 1992/3 and left the Marine Corps in 1995 when he married his wife Christi. Christi is a graduate of Texas A&M (1990) the US Army Baylor Physical Therapy School (1995). She's a mom and a former Army Captain! Ben and Christi have three children, Evyn is the oldest (and the prettiest), Luke is the middle and Daniel the youngest. Ben is passionate about preaching and teaching the Word verse by verse. One of 3 Elders, Ben is the only Elder on full time staff at Crosspoint and believes it's the greatest scandal in the world that he gets paid to preach and pastor. Ben came on staff at Crosspoint in August of 2003.
